Galacxia has picked up a Life Backup Plan F6S ranking at No. 55 on F6S’s July 2026 list of the top 100 health and wellness companies and startups in the United States. The company did not disclose funding, valuation, revenue or headcount, so the signal here is external visibility rather than a financing event.
F6S placed Life Backup Plan directly behind CVS Health at No. 53 and LA Fitness at No. 54. Calm, the mental wellness company, appeared at No. 14. For an early-stage digital-health company, the placement gives Galacxia a third-party data point as it tries to sell a broader platform into a field crowded with point solutions for patient intake, safety checks, medical records, caregiving and wellness tracking.
What is Life Backup Plan?
Life Backup Plan is an interoperable lifecare platform developed by Galacxia to combine health, safety, care, wellness and document management in one product. Its listed functions include automated wellness checks, personal health information organization and sharing, lifestyle and symptom tracking, critical-document location management, and tools for asking for or offering community help.
The pitch is consolidation. Many digital-health products address one workflow, such as intake, remote monitoring or records access. Galacxia is attempting to tie wellness checks, health data, safety coordination, documents and community assistance into a single system for individuals, families, caregivers and organizations.
Sandy Eulitt, Galacxia’s founder and CEO, called the F6S placement validation for an early-stage company and said Life Backup Plan is built on the idea that safety is part of healthcare and that people should not need multiple apps to manage connected needs. The company uses the motto, “One Person. One Record. One Platform. Better Outcomes.”
The ranking follows several startup traction signals for Galacxia and Eulitt. The 2026 Pepperdine Graziadio Most Fundable Companies program advanced Galacxia to the quarterfinals and gave it a “B” grade, described by the program as “Great Potential.” TiE Global Women’s Pitch Competition selected Life Backup Plan for its 2026 cohort, where chapter winners advance to global finals in India in December 2026.
Galacxia also said Life Backup Plan was recruited to apply for LISC’s ASCEND LA 2026 Phase 2 cohort, and Eulitt was accepted in June 2026. ASCEND LA is a Southern California accelerator focused on procurement and AI readiness, including government contracting and effective AI use.
The company has also drawn attention from industry commentary. In August 2025, brand strategist Mash Bonigala published an unsolicited analysis of Life Backup Plan based on the company’s website and startup profiles, without first contacting Eulitt. Galacxia said those public materials did not yet reflect its Digital Patient Intake Form or its expansion into healthcare, employer, government, education and large-event markets.
Eulitt’s healthcare views have also appeared in Life Science Daily News and Simply Sansu. In those pieces, she discussed patients’ role in coordinating fragmented healthcare systems and AI’s potential to identify patterns, spot developing risks and support decision-making across care settings.
Galacxia is an SBA-certified Woman-Owned Small Business, a California Department of General Services-certified Small Business and a Supplier Clearinghouse-certified Women Business Enterprise. Its Life Backup Plan interoperable lifecare platform is organized around what the company calls the Five M’s of Health and Safety: Monitoring, Medicine, Metrics, Money and Membership.
