Intuit Connect October 28 programming will close Intuit’s three-day accounting conference in Las Vegas, with theCUBE planning coverage focused on AI, automation and financial workflows. The in-person event at the ARIA Resort & Casino is sold out, but Intuit is offering free registration to stream its main-stage keynotes, not the full conference program.

For operators and accounting firms, the distinction matters. Intuit Connect runs Oct. 26 through Oct. 28 and includes more than 100 sessions for firm partners, practice leaders, technologists and accountants, according to Intuit. theCUBE’s separate Oct. 28 coverage is expected to examine how AI capabilities and automation are being applied to accounting work.

What is scheduled for Intuit Connect on Oct. 28?

Intuit’s published final-day schedule starts with registration at 7 a.m. and breakfast at 7:30 a.m. Breakout sessions begin at 9 a.m., followed by a keynote at 11 a.m. The event closes at noon. Intuit does not specify a time zone in the schedule.

Remote viewers can register without charge for the main-stage keynote livestream, which Intuit says runs across Oct. 26 to 28. The company has not said that breakout sessions will be available through that stream. In-person attendees, meanwhile, can earn up to 12 CPE credits from eligible breakout sessions and Lunch & Learns, subject to full attendance and badge scans.

What will theCUBE cover at Intuit Connect?

theCUBE’s event listing says its coverage will look at intelligent workflows, real-time financial insights and emerging AI capabilities in the accounting profession. Its stated areas of interest include the potential effect of those tools on efficiency, client relationships and advisory work. Those are editorial themes, not evidence of results from Intuit’s products.

TheCUBE lists Christophe Bertrand and Alison Kosik as hosts. Listed participants include Intuit executives David Zasada, Arundhati Singh, Dixie McCurley, Wyatt Jenkins, Travis Walter and Ashley Still, plus Jordan Fladell, technology advisory leader at Aprio.

Viewers should not rely on a precise theCUBE broadcast time yet. Its calendar links identify an Oct. 28 window of 16:00 to 19:00 UTC, while text elsewhere on the same page shows Friday, Oct. 23, in Eastern Time. The listing therefore contains conflicting scheduling information.

What to watch

  • Confirmed logistics: The Oct. 28 program has a morning of breakouts, an 11 a.m. keynote and a noon close. In-person access is sold out; Intuit’s keynote livestream is free with registration.

  • Conference agenda: Intuit has framed the event around the future of accounting firms, AI and technology in practice, business-model changes, operations, and client experience and advisory services.

  • Automation claims: Intuit has positioned AI-powered automation as a strategic focus. Paul Nashawaty of theCUBE Research has said that data accuracy, explainability and human oversight remain concerns when AI is used in financial decision-making.

Intuit’s keynote roster includes Chief Executive Sasan Goodarzi and company technology and product leaders, alongside outside speakers. The company says Connect is a venue for product announcements, but it has not detailed any specific Oct. 28 announcement in the published materials.
