Databricks said its latest Databricks certification survey found that certified professionals report stronger technical skills, more confidence in customer work and higher credibility inside partner organizations. The survey focuses on how Databricks Certifications affect partner teams working across Lakehouse architecture, data engineering, machine learning and AI. The practical takeaway for partners is that Databricks wants certification treated as a workforce development program rather than a badge for individual employees.
