Walls.io and EventMobi announced the Walls.io EventMobi integration on Aug. 10, saying it will let organizers bring attendee-generated content into EventMobi event workflows for in-person, virtual and hybrid events. No financial terms were disclosed, and the announcement did not state pricing, technical limitations, commercial terms, customer deployments, or launch-user numbers.

According to the companies’ announcement, an organizer can connect a Walls.io social wall to an EventMobi event, select content for display and publish approved material in the event app, on onsite screens and display walls, and through digital signage. The companies say content can be shown before, during and after an event.

The stated inputs include posts from social platforms, content using an event hashtag, QR-code submissions, photo-booth images and live reactions. Walls.io says organizers can review content before publication and apply event-specific branding to the display.

How does the Walls.io EventMobi integration work?

The integration is presented as a connection between EventMobi’s organizer tools and a Walls.io event social wall. EventMobi’s platform covers functions including registration, check-in, agendas, networking, lead capture and its event app. The new arrangement is meant to add a selected feed of attendee contributions to those event touchpoints, according to the announcement.

For organizers, the operational question is which submissions make it through moderation and where they appear. The announcement describes controls for checking posts before they go live, while the available materials do not describe the integration’s technical architecture, supported subscription plans, approval workflow or data handling.

What EventMobi already offered

The partnership does not establish that EventMobi previously lacked social-wall tools. In May, EventMobi documentation described its Social Media Analytics and Social Wall feature as tracking hashtag-based posts, curating content, moderating individual posts and sending content to Live Display screens. Its documentation lists platform-specific tracking for Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, subject to public-post and other limitations.

The August announcement does not say whether the Walls.io connection replaces, extends or operates separately from those existing functions. It also provides no measured engagement, sponsor-visibility or audience-growth results from customers using the integration.

Walls.io cited its own Event Engagement Index in saying that 67% of attendees are very likely to create and share event content. That figure is company research, not an independently reported outcome of the EventMobi partnership. The companies say existing customers of both services can now use the integration.
