The HiBob Fulham partnership has been renewed, giving the HR software vendor another public customer proof point with a Premier League club. HiBob did not disclose the financial terms, duration or commercial structure of the renewal.
For enterprise software buyers, the announcement puts a sports relationship to work as customer validation for HiBob’s pitch around workforce data, adaptability and what it calls organisational intelligence. That positioning is familiar across HR tech as vendors try to move beyond employee records and workflows into decision support for managers and executives.
What is the HiBob Fulham partnership?
Fulham FC is both a HiBob customer and a partner of the company. The renewed agreement extends that relationship and gives HiBob a high-profile organisation to reference as it sells software for workforce planning, manager support and team performance.
Fulham is a London football club competing in the Premier League. Founded in 1879, it is London’s oldest professional football club and has played home matches at Craven Cottage since 1896. The club is owned and chaired by Shahid Khan, with Tony Khan serving as vice chairman and director of football operations.
Fulham chief revenue officer Jon Don Carolis said the renewal reflects the existing collaboration between the club and HiBob, and that the club expects to build further experiences for supporters, partners and its wider community in coming seasons.
HiBob sells Bob, a people platform aimed at helping organisations use workforce information to support decisions and run HR processes. In the company’s framing, its people platform for organisational intelligence combines employee context, decision support and AI-powered workflows so leaders can understand changes across the workforce and decide what to do next.
Ronni Zehavi, HiBob’s CEO and co-founder, framed Fulham as an example of the operating model the company wants to associate with: teams that improve over time through management, skills development and adaptation. He argued that hiring strong people is only the starting point, while sustained performance depends on developing talent and helping teams adjust together.
The AI language in the announcement is broad, and HiBob did not provide new product metrics, deployment details at Fulham or evidence of performance gains tied to the platform. The practical significance is the reference customer: enterprise SaaS vendors increasingly need credible examples of how data about people and teams can feed operational decisions, rather than sit inside back-office HR systems.
The company says more than 5,400 organisations use Bob worldwide, including eToro, Fred Perry, Huel, team.blue, SmartRecruiters and Save the Children. The Fulham renewal adds a visible sports organisation to that customer narrative at a time when HR tech vendors are trying to make AI-era workforce management sound measurable rather than theoretical.
