Bolder Digital launched its integrated AI marketing services for Australian businesses on August 4, combining lead-response automation, CRM implementation and coordinated campaign work under one provider. The Tasmania-headquartered agency is positioning the model around the operational handoff between an incoming enquiry and subsequent sales follow-up; its announcement disclosed no funding, revenue, pricing, headcount, customer-number or independently measured client-result figures.

Founded by Jarryd Holmes, Bolder Digital directly implements Google Business Profile optimisation, GoHighLevel systems, AI voice and chat agents, CRM systems, websites, sales funnels and business automation. Search engine optimisation, Google Ads and social-media advertising are included as coordinated services, with specialist delivery used where required.

The split matters for buyers assessing whether they are engaging a software provider, a performance-marketing agency or an implementation partner. Bolder Digital is offering a managed service model: it says it builds the automation and lead-engagement components directly, while coordinating specialist delivery for other marketing functions.

How do Bolder Digital AI marketing services work?

The stated workflow begins when a prospect contacts a business through a website form, telephone call or Google Business Profile enquiry. That contact can be routed into a follow-up sequence using SMS and email, and in some cases AI voice or chat responses. Prospects who do not convert immediately can be assigned to longer-running nurture sequences.

In practice, this makes the CRM and automation layer the centre of the offering rather than an add-on to campaign buying. The company says the objective is to connect acquisition channels with prompt follow-up, so a business does not have to run the elements through separate providers.

A second component is database reactivation. Bolder Digital says it can place old enquiries and unconverted advertising leads into a fresh engagement sequence, rather than treating contacts that previously went cold as closed opportunities. The company characterises its sequencing methodology as proprietary and says it has been developed through prior client work; the announcement provides no independent performance data for those claims.

Holmes said the company created the model to give clients one point of contact across automation, lead engagement and coordinated marketing delivery. The launch is aimed particularly at local small businesses such as service operators and clinics, according to the company, which argues that some already receive enquiries but lack a consistent follow-up process.

For operators, the relevant distinction is the delivery boundary. Bolder Digital's Australian AI marketing service directly covers the system that captures and responds to leads, while paid-media, SEO and social execution can involve specialist partners. That structure may reduce vendor coordination for clients, but it also means prospective customers will need to establish who is responsible for each campaign function and its reporting.
