Helsinki-based STRGY AI has raised €1 million in angel funding for commercial growth and product development of StrategyOS, its AI-powered strategy execution platform. The STRGY AI €1m funding includes private investors from the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Finland, plus equity participation from Innovestor’s Angel CoFund and non-dilutive support from Business Finland, according to the company and Tech.eu.

The company did not name a lead investor or disclose a valuation. Its release named Maryne Lemvik as an investor. The supplied reports do not provide revenue, customer-count, individual cheque-size or funding-breakdown figures.

STRGY AI said it will use the money to add to its commercial operation, continue product work, build enterprise customer relationships and prepare further product releases later in 2026.

What does STRGY AI’s StrategyOS platform do?

StrategyOS is intended to give leadership teams a continuous view of whether operating work maps to stated business priorities. STRGY AI says the product connects day-to-day activities with strategic objectives, detects potential drift from those objectives and produces reporting for management and boards.

The stated buyers are chiefs of staff, heads of strategy and COOs at mid-market organisations. In practice, the product is positioned as a layer for tracking execution between strategy-setting and regular board or leadership reporting, rather than relying on static strategy documents and periodic progress reviews.

That is a familiar operational problem, but the evidence available does not establish how StrategyOS collects or evaluates company data, nor does it provide independent measures of accuracy, adoption or business impact. STRGY AI says early customers include consumer brands and private equity-backed companies, and that further enterprise deployments are under way. No customer names are included in the supplied reports.

Who backed STRGY AI’s €1m funding?

  • Private investors based across the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Finland
  • Innovestor’s Angel CoFund, through equity participation
  • Business Finland, through non-dilutive support

The distinction matters because the announcement combines equity funding with non-dilutive support, without saying how much came from each. STRGY AI’s CEO and co-founder, Samuli Bäck, said the company built StrategyOS to give leadership teams more timely visibility into execution against priorities.

STRGY AI also identifies Anton Skarp as co-founder, Oskari Listomaa as head of agentic systems and Niko Savander as head of agentic design. The company has not set out a timetable or details for its planned 2026 launches.
