deltaVision raises €10.2 million for orbital refuelling systems
The Munich space hardware supplier plans to expand production, build in-orbit refuelling technology and add capacity in France and the U.S.

Munich-based deltaVision has raised €10.2 million in its first funding round to expand manufacturing and speed development of hardware for in-orbit refuelling. The deal matters for the space supply chain because deltaVision sells fluidic systems, a constraint point for launch vehicles, satellites, lunar landers and servicing spacecraft, though the company did not disclose its valuation, revenue or headcount.
The round was led by KT Ventures and Valemount Capital. Futury Capital, private industrial family offices and other investors investing through a newly formed vehicle also participated, according to the company.
Founded in 2022, deltaVision makes valves, pumps, pressure regulators and related systems used to manage propellants, pressurants and other fluids on spacecraft and launchers. The company said demand for those components is running ahead of available supply, and that it is building manufacturing processes intended to improve reliability and cut delivery times.
deltaVision said it now serves more than 60 customers across four continents, including startups, larger aerospace companies and space agencies. One disclosed program is the European Space Agency’s Argonaut lunar lander, where deltaVision is supplying about 50 products, including closed-loop pressure regulation subsystems.
Production scale-up and refuelling hardware
The funding will go toward expanding production capacity to 5,000 valves and other propulsion components per year, industrialising the business and developing integrated fluidic systems. For a young hardware supplier, that capacity target is the main operational claim in the announcement, since the company did not provide current output or backlog figures.
Alongside the manufacturing expansion, deltaVision is building a modular stack for orbital refuelling. The planned product set includes fluidic couplers, utility interfaces and integrated refuelling modules designed for spacecraft servicing, propellant storage and fluid transfer in orbit, the company said.
CEO and co-founder Alex Plebuch said deltaVision is trying to scale production for market demand while supporting an open and interoperable in-orbit services ecosystem. In practical terms, the company is positioning its hardware as connective tissue for spacecraft that need to dock, transfer propellant or manage other fluids after launch.
The company also plans to grow research and production through a new French subsidiary and to establish valve manufacturing capacity in the United States. deltaVision did not give a timetable for either expansion, nor did it say how the €10.2 million will be split between manufacturing, research and geographic build-out.
