PsyMetrics launched its Multi-Tenant Engine on Aug. 11 for recruitment process outsourcing providers, staffing firms and enterprise distributors running assessment programs for many clients. The company did not disclose pricing, customer numbers, revenue, funding, or the technical design behind the product’s stated client-data partitioning.
The PsyMetrics Multi-Tenant Engine is aimed at an operational problem common to service businesses that resell or manage hiring tools: each client can bring a separate assessment vendor, login flow and reporting process. PsyMetrics says its new system gives partners one administrative hub for managing white-label assessment programs across hundreds of client accounts, with the aim of reducing the number of software products they must operate while keeping the agency’s branding in front of clients and candidates.
What does PsyMetrics’ Multi-Tenant Engine do for RPOs?
PsyMetrics describes the offering as a multi-client management layer for its assessment platform. Under the company’s description, account managers can create and configure dedicated, client-specific sub-portals, apply client branding, and manage assessment activity from a central interface.
- A shared library is intended to let account leads deploy standardized assessment batteries or existing tests across client accounts.
- The platform produces score reports from cognitive, behavioral and skills measures, according to PsyMetrics.
- PsyMetrics says candidate-reporting data is partitioned by client account.
Multi-tenancy in this context means a provider can manage multiple customers through one product environment. The announcement does not specify the underlying infrastructure, access controls, audit results or security testing that would allow buyers to assess how the company implements its stated data partitioning. Firms evaluating the system would still need to review the broader enterprise security program, including access governance and operational controls.
The release also extends PsyMetrics’ AI positioning. It says its Psy assistant draws on more than 30 years of the company’s industrial-organizational psychology research, assessment content and competency mapping. PsyMetrics describes the resulting tools as decision support rather than automated hiring: its stated human-in-the-loop approach is intended to assist talent-acquisition specialists and not make hire-or-reject decisions.
Founder Jesse Llobet said the product is designed to help high-volume agencies cut software overhead and protect their margins. Those commercial benefits, along with the company’s claims of alignment with Equal Employment Opportunity guidelines and federal employee-selection procedures, were not accompanied by a third-party compliance assessment or independent validation study in the announcement.
PsyMetrics also cited a case study in which a partner using its screening engine helped a U.S. grocery chain save $750,000 in turnover costs during its first year. The company did not name the chain or provide underlying case-study data. For prospective RPO buyers, the relevant product question is whether the white-label RPO assessment platform can consolidate their existing tools under their particular workflow and controls, details the release does not establish.
