Walls.io has launched Echo, a standalone event-marketing SaaS product that lets organizers turn attendees, speakers and sponsors into trackable social distributors. The company did not disclose pricing, revenue impact or paid-customer counts for the new product, but the launch points to a broader shift in event software toward attribution tools aimed at reducing reliance on paid acquisition.

Echo gives each participant a link for publishing branded, pre-filled social posts. The product supports sharing through LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and email, and organizers can track shares, clicks and conversions back to a campaign. Walls.io says participants can post a social card in less than 30 seconds, with the card pulling in details such as name, position and profile photo through social login.

For event teams, the setup is built around campaign tracking rather than broad social visibility alone. Organizers add UTM parameters, upload a branded post template and place the sharing link in channels such as invitation emails, newsletters and registration pages. That structure makes Echo closer to a referral and conversion product than a traditional social media add-on.

The feature set includes an analytics dashboard for page views, shares, clicks, top sharers and conversions. Echo also includes a viral tracking tree that shows how a campaign spreads from one person to another, plus AI-assisted image and caption generation for social cards. An MCP server connects AI assistants to campaign data, allowing event managers to query campaign performance through conversational prompts, according to Walls.io.

Those AI features are likely to draw the usual scrutiny from operators who have seen broad AI claims bolted onto SaaS products. The more concrete part of the launch is the attribution layer: event marketers can see who shared, which channels generated clicks and whether those actions contributed to registration or other campaign goals.

Walls.io said Echo was used before launch by WorldatWork, Event Options and Event Fest. Across early customer campaigns, the company reported thousands of visits and viral boost figures of up to 10.7x, though it did not provide a full baseline for how that figure was calculated across all customers.

Event Fest, described by Walls.io as the largest event marketing festival in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, used Echo for its 2026 edition across registrant, speaker and exhibitor campaigns. The campaign produced 2,109 page views, 251 shares and 802 clicks, with Walls.io reporting a 3.2x viral boost. Combined with a live Walls.io social wall, the 60-day effort collected about 1,300 posts and drew 5,800 social wall visits.

Jakub Klimeš, CEO of Liventa and director of Event Fest, said the product gave the festival a way to involve its audience before the event began and encouraged attendees, partners and speakers to share their participation online.

Echo can be bought as a standalone product or used as an enterprise add-on to the company’s social wall product. The event word-of-mouth marketing tool also supports API connections to BI dashboards, CRMs and reporting systems, and Walls.io says it complies with GDPR and accessibility standards.

The launch extends Walls.io beyond its core social wall category, where the company says it serves more than 9,000 brands. For organizers under pressure to prove channel efficiency, Echo packages attendee advocacy as a measurable acquisition loop rather than a goodwill tactic that disappears into social feeds.
