BlackCube Labs has launched the free BlackCube Labs AI Strategy Plan, a planning tool for startups and small and mid-sized businesses considering AI adoption. The company disclosed no funding, pricing beyond its no-cost offer, customer figures or revenue, positioning the product as an entry point before a consulting or implementation engagement.

Users submit company information, a website and their main business challenge through a short intake form. The resulting report is intended to help teams decide which operational problems may warrant AI work before they commit internal resources or hire outside help.

What does the BlackCube Labs AI Strategy Plan include?

Each plan includes an assessment of the company and its stated challenge, an AI maturity score on a one-to-five scale, and five proposed use cases ranked by business relevance and implementation effort. It also identifies business metrics the opportunities may affect, lists risks and adoption considerations, and sets out next steps.

The central output is a three-month implementation roadmap. BlackCube Labs says reports are delivered as a PDF and Google Doc, allowing teams to use them as internal planning documents or revise them with colleagues.

The offering is aimed at companies without dedicated AI capacity, including agencies and lean operating teams. Possible recommendations span lead qualification, customer intake, proposal generation, knowledge retrieval, content workflows, reporting and internal operations, depending on the issue submitted by the user.

How does the AI planning tool produce recommendations?

BlackCube Labs describes a staged process that combines the user’s intake with research from publicly available company information. It says the system synthesizes the business model and challenge, assesses operational readiness, and then proposes opportunities intended to fit that readiness level.

According to the company, the process draws on its own structured knowledge of AI maturity, implementation approaches, workflow automation and agentic systems. The announcement says recommendations operate within defined constraints meant to limit unsupported suggestions and avoid technologies that do not suit a company’s stated level of preparedness.
